LET'S LOOK AT YOUR CLOSET (AKA SORT)

A personalized closet consultation in your home gives us a chance to analyze your current wardrobe, see what is lacking, and fill in the missing pieces. From here, you can gain a better understanding of how to work with what you have and build a solid foundation for your future purchases. Closet consultations give you an opportunity to discard clothing you no longer wear, that no longer fits, or is simply outdated. We help you take care of the items you part with - whether it's by donating, consigning or selling them!

$395 for up to a 3 hr in-home consultation ($115/hr thereafter)

CLOSET ORGANIZATION

After viewing your closet, a custom plan is created to help you maximize your space and organize your belongings. Items are suggested for you to purchase and then your work is done! We take over from there and within a few hours your closet will look its best.

LET’S GO SHOPPING

This one-on-one shopping session is customized to suit your individual needs, style, and budget. We hand-select the stores in advance and pre-pull all the items in your size for a seamless shopping experience. Styling tips are shared throughout the process so you learn how to flatter your body, mix and match pieces, and ensemble looks from head to toe. Pictures are taken during this shopping session so you can review the look before you purchase and have a personalized look book for your reference. Great for anyone who is in need of a seasonal update, wardrobe overhaul or preparing for a special event.

$460 (includes up to 4 hrs) 

LET'S PUT IT ALL TOGETHER (AKA STYLE)

This is perfect if you get stuck or overwhelmed when looking in your closet after returning home from a shopping trip. In this follow-up visit after a big shopping session, or multiple sessions, we come to your home and provide styling support and tips. We will help you create various looks with your new pieces, snap pictures for a personal look-book, and teach you how to incorporate your new purchases into your existing wardrobe.

$260 for a 2 hr look-book session

LET'S TALK STYLE

Founder, Valerie Halfon, offers engaging and interactive presentations that are educational and light-hearted for all environments - schools, offices and even your home. Shop With Val has been booked by major corporations and women's organizations to speak about personal style and image. Clients include New York Life, UBS and Spectra Energy, primarily speaking on topics including dressing for success, corporate image, and dressing for your body type.

Visiting NYC? Traveling with a group? Let’s plan a tour! This is the best way to see all the wonderful shopping the Big Apple has to offer. Want to discover the best boutiques in SoHo, or see iconic fashion staples on Madison Avenue? Shop With Val tours are tailored to fit your shopping needs and are a fun way to discover the heart of New York’s fashion culture. All tours are private, typically three hours, and fully customizable.

Commission-based pricing includes your payment of the total price of the item(s) + shipping and handling + 20% service fee.

Shop With Val is available for your next event or segment. Valerie has styled and hosted fashion shows for prestigious clients such as Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. She is also available for TV appearances and has hosted style segments on Houston Life and FOX 26, while styling for Great Day Houston.

VIRTUAL STYLING

In need of help but not in the NYC or Houston area? No problem! Virtual styling is available no matter where you live! Receive a digital look book filled with at least 4 suggestions per item on your wishlist. All items are delivered via email within 7 days. Simply click on any item for more info and to purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All packages and shopping service rates are based on shopping within the Manhattan/Houston area.

Out-of-city travel fees are $75 per hour of travel.

A 25% deposit is required for all services and packages in order to complete the booking process. E-gifts must be paid in full.

Appointments cannot be held for more than 48 hours without a deposit.

In order to lock in the discounted rate for packages, all services must be used within six months (or one year depending on the option). Any unused services will be completed at the full price rate.

All services purchased a la carte have a one year expiration. Additional fees apply to extend expiration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required for all services. 

If 24 hours notice is not given, a charge of 50% of the services booked will be retained as a penalty.
